Ingredients
Tasty fresh-eating roots: turnips, radish, kohlrabi
Yoghurt
Salt
Favourite fresh herb (dill or min are great ones)
Directions
Dice or slice roots, toss with a bit of salt and let drain in a colander
Chop herbs
Toss with plain yoghurt (strain 1st if desired)
Let sit 10-15 mins for flavours to meld
Yum!
