Ingredients:
Napa Cabbage
Salt
Oil
Mix up 1 of these (or your own) flavour options:
- 1T sesame oil, 2T soy sauce, 4t lime juice, 1t honey
- garlic, parmesan (& lemon)
- sweet & sour: 2T oil & cider vinegar, 1T brown sugar, 1t dijon, 1 t pressed garlic
Process:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Arrange napa cabbage wedges on baking sheet cut side down & brush both sides with salt & your oil of choice.
Roast cabbage ~5-6 minutes, flip & repeat.
Remove from oven & brush with your flavour option of choice, then broil 3 minutes.
Garnish with chopped parsley, cilantro, green onion etc
