|Slicer||Beaver Lodge||Extremely early slicing variety, bred at the Beaverlodge Research Centre in Northern Alberta for short, cool seasons. Wonderful tomato-y taste normally associated with beefsteak tomatoes, unusual for such an early tomato.
|Slicer||Black Krim||Medium-large, globe-shaped, dark red-purple fruits with green/black shoulders. Full flavour. Great on sandwiches and burgers.
|The large, deep red globes have a complex sweet/tart flavour. It is comparable to many of the large and tasty heirlooms but with very little cracking or yellow shoulders. Perfect for sandwiches and adding to sauces.
